Why do you require VA RC in CAT?

Understanding LR faster .
Interpreting Data quicker 
Absorbing more of GK
Speaking better in GD
Expressing well in PI 
Writing nicely in WAT

And yes also for VA RC! 

So why are you not applying for an MVA?
